3. Response Time

We aim to review and process all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Content confirmed to be infringing will be removed or disabled promptly.

4. Embedded Content Notice

Some content displayed on Xvigo.com is embedded from third-party platforms. In such cases, we recommend sending your takedown notice directly to the original hosting provider for faster removal. We will also remove embed references from our website upon valid request.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your full name, address, and contact information.
  • Identification of the removed content and its previous URL.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Xvigo International enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. Any user account, contributor, or uploader found to be repeatedly submitting infringing content will be permanently terminated without notice.

7. False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your claim is accurate before submission.
